The man is only using his right hand. - please tell me why this answer to question 530 of TOEIC tests is incorrect?

Dear Mr Alan,
So there is the mistake: it should be written: left hand, but is written: right hand. Correct it!

If you see the box reads fragible on the red label so the items inside could be breakable and also
he is using both hands right one holding the box while letf one is holding something else.
That's why ''D'' is corret
