Okay so I got a very bad score
verbal 450
quant 740

i still can't believe i got so less in verbal.. i swear i can't get below 650 in verbal.. and i couldnt believe my eyes when i saw my score.. i memorized AT LEAST 1200 words and i have a very good vocab! i hate it now. i can't appear for GRE coz that would have to be next month and then i'd be late for admission.

anywayz.. i got my last five Qs wrong on quant i'm sure.. coz i had only 100 seconds to do all those five and i just randomly answered them.. apart from that, i'm sure i did all others correct..

anywayz.. i'm applying in one of UK's top business schools.. i have a very good educational background.. so my simple question.. do i stand a chance?

oh and by the way, do you peeps think i should sit for TOEFL as soon as possible and hopefully get a good score so that it compensates for my low verbal in GRE?

Nice quant score indeed. Ya I think you should sit for TOEFEl ASAP. And I dont think you will need to take GRE again as Bschools consider overall App.

By the way how tough is the quantitative section as compared to Barrons??? Please let me know as I have My Gre day soon so any inputs abt the quantative section and suggestions will be highly appreciated.

All the Best..

i've always been good at mathematics so quant for me was no big deal..

tell you what.. i knew i was doing pretty well in quant coz it kept throwing all those difficult questions.. that was one reason why i ran outta time and had to hurry in the last five to six Qs.. plus, i had high fever and cold and could hardly breathe.. never thought i'd get anything less than 800 in quant.[/url]
