"There is the new mixer which is better" ... sounds odd, Morteza. If you have to use this form, I would suggest: There is this new mixer which is better ...

And "That car is like mine." not = That is the car which is like/the same as mine. I'd suggest: That car is similar to mine.

And I'd suggest:

"I'd sooner/rather teach than work in an office."

Teaching is work.
