What is the difference between timetable and itinerary. How to include both in an induction program brochure?

If you don't already have one, I suggest you invest in a good dictionary. You would be able to find this sort of information more easily then.

Timetable - a schedule listing times of events.
Itinerary - a route or proposed route of a journey, or record of a journey.
