Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is better to be a member of a group than to be the leader of a group. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Working as group is really efficient at the workplace. However leaders and members have to be complementary in order to make a the best group. There is not a differentiation between which one is better position. My support of this idea will be explained as follows. Everyone has his or her own characteristics and abilities even though sometimes some people are more valuable what they are doing than others. Usually employers who have high role in a company o corporation have more power and importance than employers with less role. Nevertheless it does not mean carrying a high position, the person will be better; on the contrary, they have more responsibilities and pressure from stockholders and investors. On the other hand members of a group will be just assist the leader, doing what the boss order. From of my point of view, members and leaders have to be coordinated and work as a team to get their same goal. Without these requirements, they are just a bunch of employers with no organization. In additional, leadership tend to be of type A physiologically which means aggressive, competitive, hurried. But to be a membership is more easy-going. Regarding these terms, people will choice what kind of job and life their want to live. For instance, in my personal life I have the facilities to be a good leader, but I would not want it because it is too much obligation and pressure from others that likely could not have a personal life. To conclude, in my perspective every job or position have its complex and someone have more facilities than others to do it. However we should always remember that more management is more responsibilities.

Working as group is really efficient IN the workplace. However leaders and members have to be complementary in order to FORM the best group. There is not a differentiation DISTINCTION AS TO between which one is better position. My support of this idea will be explained as follows.
Everyone has his or her own characteristics and abilities even though sometimes some people are more valuable AT what they are doing than others. Usually employers who PLAY AN ACTIVE role in a company oR corporation have more power and importance than employers with lessER roleS. Nevertheless it does not mean THAT IN carrying a highER position, THAT THAT person will be better(.) On the contrary, they have more responsibilities and pressure from stockholders and investors.
On the other hand members of a group will just assist the leader, doing what the boss orderS. From of my point of view, members and leaders have to be coordinated and work as a team to REACH THE same goal. Without these requirements, they are just a bunch of employers with no EMPLOYEES WITHOUT organization. In additional, leadership tend to be of type A PSYCHOLOGICALLY which means aggressive, competitive, hurried. But to be a MERE MEMBER is more easy-going. Regarding these terms, people will CHOOSE WHICH kind of job and life THEY want to live.
For instance, in my personal life I have the ABILITIES to be a good leader, but I would not want it because IT WOULD PLACE TOO MUCH RESPONSIBILTY AND PRESSURE ON MY PERSONAL LIFE. To conclude, in my perspective every job or position HAS its complexITIES and someone HAS more DESIRE than others to do it. However we should always remember that more management MEANS more responsibilities.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good morning Felip. It is pretty good, but you must take a few moment to get clear in your mind exactly what you intend saying. Also, you should set your work to one side and review it later. When you review it immediately after finishing it you miss errors, because your mind is racing ahead of your reading, and so you miss the errors. I do not know if I did well. it seems good to me, but simultaneously disorganized
