Nowadays telephone and email have shortened distance among BETWEEN people around the world(,) therefore they have made communication between people more personal.
Before the advancement of telecommunication technology the cheapest way for people TO keep in touch with each other it was by letter mail. Because the old system of communication rely/RELIED/DEPENDED/on the /way/MANNER/METHOD/ of ITS transportation(,) for example by shipping or airOplane and manpower for delivery, it took A longer time for people TO RECEIVE news updates from each other. Nowadays, with telecommunication technology advancement as we can see, IT IS faster(,) cheaper(,) and easier for people around the world TO keep in touch with each other herefore due to the THIS new communication technology advancement, communicationS between people are more personal. For example: Nowadays, you just ONLY need to have a computer and AN Internet connection in your place to be able to send emails and also receive emails FROM OTHERS ALL around the world(,) just SIMPLY by typing on your computer keyboard and a simple click on your mouse. In addition, we can also have conversationS with each other(,) and at the same time we are able to see other people on our computer screen(,) which drive /BRINGS/DRAWS/people even closer to us even though the long IRRESPECTIVE OF distance. All of it without any fee charge of service.
Even telephone callS has HAVE improved communication between people. Nowadays, A long distance phone call is much more cheaper than before(,) and in addition the quality of call has also improved as we are able to talk to people around the world without any BACKGROUND /noise/INTERFERENCE/.
Therefore for all reasons that I have described above(,) I do believe that with THE advancementS IN telecommunication technology(,) THEY HAVE brought people more closer by shortening THE distance between people and by making communication faster and cheaper. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Good morning Spoon. You worked hard on this one. As you can clearly see, there is room for improvement.

Some important qualities of a good boss.
In my opinion a good boss should have certain qualities. The most important quality I believe is the ability to deal with different type of people in his office. An office can have very diverse kinds of people, with different cultural, economic and family background. The boss should be the one who connect all the people in the office and make the office functions smoothly. If the boss is a narrow minded person, then the office will not function properly.
Another important quality a boss must have is the ability to treat all his employs equally. Some times some bosses show partiality according to the employees religion, cast, country, culture or sex. This is not fair. This can create serious problems in the office. A boss should treat his employees regardless of their back ground. For example some Bosses do offer increment or promotion in return of sexual favors. This is a very bad culture. A good boss should never bring unwanted sexual relationships to the office.
Another quality every boss should have is the quality to appreciate employees when they achieve something good. People need to be praises for their achievements. Then only people keep producing good results. Usually Bosses never appreciate the good result employees produce. But they scolded them when they do something wrong. This can demotivate the employees. Also a good boss should have a concern about the employees personnel life and support them for their personnel victory.
I am sure this way a Boss can get the maximum support from the from the employees and eventually the company can be very victorious. |
