These words look the same so I wonder how to use them correctly.

Read the definitions. That will explain them.

But in general, their similarities are also their differences. They all have some relations with reflection. But what I want to know is what are the differences among these reflections.

There is a good online dictionary, BS.

Hope it to be helpful.

Scientifically, the area where light does not fall remains in shade. The shaded forms and shapes created when the sunlight falls on an object but cannot pass through it are the shadows. The silhouette is the outline.

Simplified:
shadow - the entire area which cannot be reached by the light source.
shade - the area inside the shadow.
silhouette - the outline of the shadow.

"The overhanging branch formed a large shadow with a cloud-like silhouette on the ground, so we were able to sit in the shade."
