By the way, there's a question arises pertaining the assumption that native English speakers are not keen on using because & rather use since. Is it so?
He wasn't invited to very many parties since he drank like a fish. He wasn't invited to very many parties because he drank like a fish.
Which of these sounds more natural? _________________ I find your Lack of Faith disturbing!

'Because' sounds more natural to me there, Gheon. Though if I were constructing the sentence, rather than either of them, I would probably use 'as'.
"He wasn't invited to very many parties as he drank like a fish."
