Probability and likelihood are synonyms, and the both refer to things of chance:

There is little probability that you will find a red cow.

In all likelihood, the sun will rise tomorrow.

There is a good probability that a part of the moon will be visible tomorrow.

Capability and ability both refer to what something or someone can or cannot do.

I don't have the ability to read thoughts.

You have the ability to speak english![/i]

Good explanations! Just to make a joke, shouldn't it be "In all certainty, the sun will rise tomorrow." :)
