This is what you will achieve:

  • You will raise your awareness for cross-cultural questions.
  • You will get an overview of what culture is all about.
  • You will analyse your own national identity.
  • You will learn how to recognize cultural differences.
  • You will learn how to overcome cultural barriers.
  • You will get a new view on cultural diversity.
  • You will learn how to focus on advantages instead of drawbacks.
  • You will be able to see the potential in globalization.
  • You will increase your social competency.

These are some of the main issues you'll be covering in our program. Of course, you will have your own individual goals that can be incorporated into the training.
