What's the right pronunciation?

Please tell me what's the right pronunciation for the following bolded letter :

1- ( he says the home is good )

2- ( she views..... )

3- ( he shows off..... )

4- ( it's safety..... )

I think the pronunciation for ( s ) in the first 3 sentences is pronounced ( z )

and the last one is pronouned ( s ).
