Admission chances for ASU

Hi Guys,

i'm a new user of this forum. i gave my gre last week. got 1340 (620 verbal & 720 quant). I'm on h4 in Arizona. So i'm trying for ASU. I have an year research experience working with a premier research institution in Bangalore. I was also offered senior research assistant position in the same institution which i could not accept due to some personal probs. But my prob is that my % in engg is abysmal. I've a first class degree(61% in final yr) with lot of backs from bangalore univ. Since the univ takes into consideration only the first appearance total my overall % falls below 50%(taking only first appearance). i'm a little confused here , should i add up my back papers & present the % . do i have any chances of making into ASU as i cannot try any other college? if someone has info abt this can you pls help me.
