Topic. One reason that a job is desirable is a good salary. State three other factors that you think are important in choosing a job.
In one’s life, one of his most important decisions is to choose a job. For many people, jobs are chosen because of their high salaries. In my opinion, three other factors: self-interest, knowledge and job’s characteristics are also very important for one to consider when choosing his job.
First of all, about self-interest, it is clear that many people ask themselves whether they have a passion for their future job before making decision. It is because many people work in order to satisfy their fulfillment rather than their wealth. Moreover, if one choose to get a job that he doesn’t like, he will soon be soaked with the feeling of boredom, thus he will probably work ineffectively. However, if he likes his job, he will devote his time to have his job done and soon get promotion for his well working.
Secondly, it is about whether one has enough necessary knowledge to satisfy his job’s requirements. Sometimes one overestimates himself, choose to get a difficult job with many high requirements instead of accepting the offer of a reachable job. In most cases, he will only be disappointed after rejected in the interview; in some cases, that person can get the job. However, because of having not enough necessary knowledge, he will soon spoil everything and be dismissed.
Finally, characteristics of the chosen job, for examples: the boss, colleagues, possibilities of promotion, play important roles in changing one’s attitude and feeling toward his chosen job. For instance, one can feel interested in his job at first but due to the hostile attitude of his boss or colleagues, he will soon be fed of it and want to quit. In contrast, one who feels uninterested when making decision can turn to be satisfied with his job after meeting his friendly colleagues and encouraging boss.
All in all, when making a job decision, one should consider all aspects of his job as well as his abilities. The most perfect decision is the combination of thoughts of self-interest, self-abilities, job’s characteristics and salaries.

Topic. One reason /that/WHY/ a job is desirable is a good salary.
First of all, about self-interest(.) It is clear that many people ask themselves whether they have a passion for their future job before making A FINAL decision. It is because many people work in order to satisfy their fulfillment rather than their wealth. Moreover, if one chooseS to /get/TAKE/ a job that he doesn’t like, he will soon be soaked with the feeling of boredom, thus he will probably work ineffectively. However, if he likes his job, he will devote his time to have his job done and soon get promotion for his /well/EFFICIENT/ working.
Secondly, it is about whether one has enough necessary knowledge to satisfy his job’s requirements. Sometimes one overestimates himself AND chooseS to /get/TAKE/ a difficult job with many high requirements, instead of accepting the offer of a /reachable/ SATISFYING/ job. In most cases, he will only be disappointed after BEING rejected /in/AT/ the interview; in some cases, that person can get the job. However, because of HIS NOT having enough necessary knowledge, he will soon spoil everything and be dismissed.
Finally, characteristics of the chosen job, for examples: the boss, colleagues, possibilities of promotion, ALL play important roles in changing one’s attitude and feeling toward his chosen job. For instance, one can feel interested in his job at first(,) but due to the hostile attitude of his boss or colleagues, he will soon be fed-UP WITH it and want to quit. In contrast, one who feels uninterested when making HIS decision can turn OUT to be satisfied with his job after meeting his friendly colleagues and encouraging boss.
All in all, when making a job decision, one should consider all aspects of his job as well as his abilities. The most perfect decision is the combination of thoughts of self-interest, self-abilities, job’s characteristics and salaries. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Good morning Alive. There are time to come when people have to decide what job they choose to live for. Many people choose their jobs because of the pay slip. In my opinion beside salary, there are also some factors to consider before deciding to take the job. Passion, risk profile, and career path are three most important reason to take the job. This factors are the key factors to make you possible being a good employee with enjoyable job.
Everyone agrees that choosing a job, is about choosing a way of life. You must have passion in what you are doing everyday. The more you have passion the more productive you are going to be; and of course with passion or spirit your work will lead you high quality result. Just like Leonardo Da Vinci, his passion in art were wonderful. No questions his work like Monalisa painting is adorable. We can see how how Bill Gates loves to make a computer software. His working passion drives him to bring Microsoft Windows worldwide.
Second factor to consider is risk profile of the job. Every job has its benefits also risks. The more risks you have to manage usually it will leads you to higher salary. Working in bank is more risky than working in manufacture due in banks we are responsible in customer’s money. In bank there is more possible a robbery than in a fabric. But not every high risk job gives you high salary. Working as a police or soldier will not give you salary as much as banker even your job description is higher in risk. You may choose your job due to your risk profile, so you can enjoy your work with high responsibility.
Third factor is career path. Everyone wants to grow with the company. What makes the passion still alive in our daily routine work, beside its income is the career path. If I work as a staff in a bank, I am expecting to be a supervisor in the next year or being a manager in the next three years. It’s highly possible if I perform above the average.
In sum, pay slip is important thing to consider when choosing a job, but passion to work, risk profile, and career path is also important to consider. With those factors it makes you perform better, and makes you a talented person. -------- Welcome everyone, please give me feedback. Thanks |

Oh buddy, you should make a new topic instead of posting your essay in one avaiable topic of another person.
Anyway, I like your examples even though you have some glaring grammatical errors.
