Dear Mr Torsten,

I'm a bit confused.
Example given by you is "This is my car. It's a Vauxhall. Its colour is green."

I still do not how to differentiate between it's and its
On the third sentence...is it wrong if we said "The colour is green" instead of "it's colour is green"?

Please assist. Thank you
