I don' understand it at all. Not only 'to bear out' but the whole sentence.

Hi Deya,

Let me try and explain: She has been proved right in everything she did means: Everything she did was correct and this has become clear to everyone. The report quite clearly bears out means: the report (a written description of what people have fouind out) shows/proves that this is true.
