Does GRE® difficulty level varies if we take in Native/non Native countries?

Hello everyone

I have started preparing to take GRE in November, I was wondering that does anyone has the idea that whether the difficulty level varies as per the location or its just same for Native or Non Native speakers. I am in UK right now so where should I opt to take the test in UK or India ?

The difficulty level never changes by location or depending on test takers. It remains the same everywhere.

Same exam over the years. Never changed.

I will be changed this August and I see it is harder for the sentence completion. Do you know the random tests are the same within a period of time?
