Aim to vs. aim at

Is there an easy way to know when to use "aim to" vs. "aim at"?

Hi Ocean,

Aim at usually takes a noun object as in: aim at a target

Aim to usually has a verb after it in the infinitive as in:

She aims to become a millionaire before she is 30.
