Some of the very silly phrases which very frequently comes in a normal conversation.. Some are confusing and not confident to use as 'not' a native speaker. please help with the following

Good to hear all this (or these?) ...

...for that matter
That said, I would... [do something?]

What all situations can we use these phrases?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Aphilash,

Let me put them in sentences for you:

It was good to hear all this about your plans to move house in the coming months. For that matter (to tell you the truth) we are thinking of doing exactly the same ourselves very soon. That said (having said that) I am sure like us you are going to find the whole business very expensive.

Good to hear all this (or these?) ... Informal , means "it is useful to know this information".
"It's good to hear all this before we start working on the project, so we know exactly what we are facing."

...for that matter
Used to add a comment on something that you have just said spoken about, means 'as far as that is concerned.'
"I didn't like it much. Nor did the others, for that matter."
"They don't mind which route we take. For that matter, I don't care either"

That said, I would... [do something?]
'Having said that,' or 'that having been said'
