Some people prefer to work for a large company. Others prefer to work for a small company. Which would you prefer? Use specific reasons and details to support your choice.

I am rather new to the employment market, and I’d prefer to work for a large company. Let me explain you why I have made such a choise.
Firstly it is about a reputation. The bigger company is the better it is known around the world. I’d prefer to work for one company my entire life, but I think it would be a mistake to be sure about such a thing. So if it will come to moment when I will be looking for a new job, it would be nice to have a note in my resume about working experience in a well known company.
Secondly I would like to mention that a big company gives you more opportunities for making up your career. Someone can tell that big companies have tougher competition between a great number of its employers, but it has a greater number of departments and involves greater number of a projects where you can show yourself.
Thirdly it would not be an exaggeration to say that big companies are more likely to survive nowadays. It happens that they are divided or consumed by others, but really rarely they are disappearing totally. It is natural thing in our world that the bigger one consumes the smaller one.
And for the last reason I would say that big company gives you better experience about your profession, and if you are able to survive there you would have better chances to survive anywhere.
Summing up all above mentioned I think that for a young person it is more promising to enter a large company, because it will give you better opportunities in the future. As an economist I can add that an ideal market should consist of a number of big companies, because they have large resources to improve progress than those small one, but in the same moment they are not alone and are forced to heavy competition between each other.
