There are few hundred countries now present on the world map. Most of them are presenting more then one culture, and there are much more of them lost in the deeps of the history. In ancient times people from different parts of the world were completely isolated. Nevertheless culture of dancing is present in every culture, and this shows its significant role. In my opinion there are few reasons for this.
Firstly I would like to mention that people were always looking for way to pass their knowledge to the next generation. Definitely dancing is one of the ways to do that. Some one can tell that with invention of books, this way was not needed any more, but as we can see in present life dancing still exists.
Secondly it is easy to mentione that each culture is different in which way its dancing performs. Dance is anywhere from honoring gods in some tribal cultures, to showing feelings in the modern world, it seems to have no limits where it can be used. If we look into the culture of dancing of some countries we could say a lot about their way of living.
Thirdly it would not be an exaggeration to say that even people in one culture are different. Someone is good in a science, someone is an artist, other are choosing to dedicate them self to a dance. I think this is because people feel this is the best way to express themselves. This how dancing performs as a way of communication, and for someone it is even more natural then speaking.
In conclusion I would like to say that it is hard to answer completely for me, because I have no passion for dancing like many people around me usually do. From my point of view dancing have passed the greatest test in this world, test by the time, and this shows how it is important in any culture.
