In this proposal I will present my recommendations for this year’s end-of-term activity based on the results of student survey.
Feedback from the student questionnaires suggests that the majority would like to attend outdoor party. As for the time of the event, figures support the evening hours. Following the comparative summary it comes that most people would prefer to have hot meal rather than cold buffet. Music background is an important feature of any student party and the survey confirms this fact.
The data provided by the research testifies about the necessity of increasing the activity budget. Therefore, I recommend that organizers of the event consider the advertisement from the company which offers group discounts.
This year’s party should vary from the last one. Otherwise, the old tradition of end-of-term party in our college will be lost. Considering the received advertisements, I would not recommend you to accept the offer from The Venue Night Club because it cannot provide outdoor space. The second company held sea cruises around the islands is not likely to be the best option due to the lack of hot meal at the range of its services. At last, Forest Manor Country Park meets all the students requirements to the ideal activity and should be considered attentively.
I hope my suggestions on the upcoming event will be taken into account and they will serve a good base for the organizers.
