you have to train a lot! and you should be prepared it's not about how you can read actually, it's about how you can think. have you already tried some reading? if not, I can say you might read a text many times without finding the answer...just try to read between the lines, look for key-words.

I agree with Nastia. Looking for keyword and reading a lot are really help. I also thought that increasing vocabulary is helpful. I have trouble in vocabulary and I have been trying to increase my vocabularies. As a result, I got my reading score increase. Maybe it also can help you to increase your score :D

First, I think you should some fundamental work. For example, memorize the vocabulary.

Then you should try read some passage from TOEFL test to assess the level of your reading ability.

Find the weakness of your reading ability. Maybe you cannot understand long sentences or something other.

Remember practice makes prefect.
