When people need to complain about a product or poor service #1 (permalink) Wed Jun 23, 2010 13:00 pm   When people need to complain about a product or poor service

When people need to complain about a product or poor service, some prefer to complain in writing and others prefer to complain in person. Which way do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

From my point of view to complain about some thing you need to do it in written form. This choice may vary from a person to person. I knew myself well enough, and there is number of reasons why I have come to such a decision.
Firstly, I would like to mention that I am pretty emotional type of a person. As I know it leads me to the fact that I am often making mistakes under emotional effect. For example if I have to complain about something it would mean that that precise something made me inconvenient in some way. So I would not be exaggeration to say that I could get overemotional about it. That will lead me to false judging and I could harm someone feelings by saying too much. Otherwise, if I force myself to write down my point it will help me to cool down. So I will be able to see an accident in a new light.
Secondly, it is common thing for some people not to complain even if they have all rights to do so. That is why if you decide to do so, I bet, you would like your point to be taken in a consideration. In my opinion written form of complaiment is better suited for this task. Let as say you are in a cafe and you have got a problem with stuff attitude. If you complain to them, they could just listen to you and at the moment you leave they will forget about it. In the outer hand you can write a latter to the administration. If someone is persistent hard enough to do so, it would mean he can go further in this incident, and I doubt someone needs it to be happening.
In conclusion I would like to say that these points are made because I consider it for myself. This mater can change to opposite when other person is involved.
