So I disagree with the quotation. Denying luck factor does not mean it is not important.

I want to give an example for this, think about you are architect. You are desirous to success something related your job. Someone referenced from your previous customers has come to you and said "I want to a building which once when somebody saw that building he has to look again it, it must be glorious." which act you will pick up? Certainly you will imagine the hard work waits you or the miracle would come and plans would be ready to deliver to customer.

Therefore you did prepare your working table, grab a cup of hot coffee and start to do this project. You are going well. The mother of invention is your frequently visitor. That is the luck for you... Because you have everything to do your project. Skill or gift, experience, creative mood, motivation (maybe your partner architect either, so she/he can help you where you stop), time, good healthy such as all positive effects are with you. You are about to accomplish your project. Presentation day is near. Then all things were made ready by you. Anyway project is completed which your customer wants to be. The idea which you draw he will love it. So you hope this way.

After all these things the presentation day has come. Your customer is inpatient person thus you should rush to get your office. But unfortunately, your building plans have been destroyed by a rat. That is true a rat ruins your project that you spent on long time. What would you do? Nothing…

In conclusion, you have to be work hard for precise success furthermore, believe the luck usually brings success. Personally, working hard and luck are good friends.

Which act you will pick up? Certainly you will imagine the hard work THAT Awaits you, or A miracle would come and plans would be ready to deliver to YOUR customer.

If that does not bother you can you evaluate my other essay? I'm going to have TOEFL exam after 2 days. I'm writing and reading a lot at last days I have. Sometimes I forget conjunctions, I quickly try to get over these wrongs.

We all work or will work in our jobs with many different kinds of people. In your opinion, what are some important characteristics of a co-worker (someone you work closely with)? Use reasons and specific examples to explain why these characteristics are important.

The work is mission that you should complete what is expected by your boss or supervisor if you do not work at your job. If you are part of office or software company, you probably will be confronted different various people. You may be bothered with jealous, selfish, lazy co-workers (this one is most annoying kind for me) etc. there is no way to run away from this people even you are fired or you are resigned.

Personally, I think working looks like playing with Lego with your friends to construct bigger tower to show your power and your friends' power to your rivals. When you are building this tower, co-workers (your friends) always must watch your step by the way they should give a part when you need it. Nevertheless the physiological side must not be passed. Because feelings that motivate you to finish your mission have a source that compounded from encourage, appreciation, giving new ideas and intimate good wishing. In my opinion all we discussed important characteristics depend on your character. Person or people you are working with, their attitudes can get shape within your behaviors while you are working.

I have an experience related with it one time on common project as I was at college. I equitably shared tasks each one of them and I took my part fairly. Unfortunately, the tasks have not completed on time what I expected because of they did not take their responsibilities. We were obliged to finish some parts of project at last hours before hand it over to project supervisor. Thus I anticipate these principles from co-worker or co-workers: responsibility, positive thoughts, appreciation, creative perspective and willing to succeed.

Finally, sometimes you have no chance to pick up your co-workers. It all depends on your chance. Furthermore considerable subject is how you are a worker? Expectations can change upon different ways when you answered this question.
