. Two is enough means that two of the items is a sufficient quantity. . _________________ Native English teacher at Mister Micawber's |

The confusion may have arisen due to the lack of a comma or exclamation mark after 'no'. |

1- No. T and W and O. 2-- That is possible, but 'a sufficient quantity' indicates that the writer is thinking of one amount and not two items. _________________ Native English teacher at Mister Micawber's |

| thanks, but what does 'two is enough' concern if 'two' means the number 2 and not:'T and one O' and 'T double O'? because I don't see the connection with previous- the 9th sentence in this test. |

'Two [words] is enough.' In the previous sentence, the teacher offered the student two words (too and to) and then a third word, but in #10, the student exclaims that two words is enough for him to deal with – he doesn't want the third word. _________________ Native English teacher at Mister Micawber's |
