well-nigh = nearly. Her heart had nearly broken. thought-out = considered A carefully considered argument. Have you copied number 3 correctly? Everything is in brackets and the sentence does not make grammatical sense. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

Thank you I will write the whole paragraph, it is a story called The Frog Prince. The young princess, you may be sure, was not long in saying `Yes` to all this; and as they spoke a brightly colored coach drove up, with eight beautiful horses, decked with plumes of feathers and a golden harness; and behind the coach rode the prince's servant. |

I thought that the coach is a man wears clothes with bright colors. You mean that the coach is a horse and this horse is the leader of the other eight horses?? Do all horses deck with plumes of feathers or just the coach? Thank you |

The coach is the carriage, the vehicle that is being pulled by the horses. All the horses would be bedecked with plumes of feathers.
There are only 2 horses here, but it should help you get the idea. A formation of eight horses would be 4 rows of 2 horses, so there would be three more horses in front of each of the two horses in this photo.

All the best fairytale characters had coaches. Cinderella's coach, being made out of a pumpkin, was particularly well known.

Do you understand that 'decked with feathers' here means 'decorated with feathers'? (As you can see on the horses' heads in the photograph above.) _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

"I will meet you at this time tomorrow." You can say '... at this hour' but it sounds a little old-fashioned. If you say '...tomorrow at the same time' this can be confused with the time you last met. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |
