I'm Nguyen Hien.Now I'm studying Japanese but I'm trying to improve my English because I want to take a TOEIC degree by the end of this year to win a scholarship.I do like to study in Japan next year.One of my teacher used to study in Kobe, and successfully defended a PhD in 2007. My friend advised me to take an IELTS test.However I feel that IELTS is more difficult.
