Dear Yankee;
What do you mean about this sentence 'this would also be the typical word order'?
With regard

Vehicles such as cars/trains/ships are often referred to as she especially by the older generation as we assume the speaker in this dialogue is a member of.
But in the current generation,do we use it or she.Because I imagined me being the speaker and felt shy when I asked the stanger whether he is going to London;-)

Many thanks

Hello Vinod,

If you feel self-conscious about using 'she' then there is nothing wrong in using 'it' (most people would nowadays).

[quote="Yankee"]Hi Adrian and Hani

Saying definitely here means "without any doubt at all" and this would also be the typical word order. Mr Corp is telling the woman that she can be very sure that the train is going to London.

Precisely means exactly or rigidly, so the meaning doesn't work well.

can you give the examples on the certain sentences because it's quite confusing for me?
many thanks
Mudaiah
