Hi Sergey134,

Vehicles such as cars/trains/ships are often referred to as she especially by the older generation as we assume the speaker in this dialogue is a member of.

As to "he" or "she", I believe that we call God "he", and the rest like animals and things "she". Is this correct?

Hi Adrian and Hani

Saying definitely here means "without any doubt at all" and this would also be the typical word order. Mr Corp is telling the woman that she can be very sure that the train is going to London.

Precisely means exactly or rigidly, so the meaning doesn't work well.

------------

Hi Ahmadov

Yes, God is usually referred to as 'he'. Animals are referred to as 'it' but you can use 'he' or 'she' if you know the gender. For example, I have two cats. One is male, the other is female. So I refer to one as he and the other as she. Very Happy

Things are always referred to as 'it'. There are just a few exeptions. However, even for the exceptions, people use it much more often than he or she.
