Not bad, Prince 303. My only suggestion would be to get rid of all the fluff in the thesis statement. Keep it clean. Get to the point. Watch:
School is a the place for overall development of students. In school they not only learn academics but general knowledge as well. After their parents, teachers are the ones who shape their lives through teaching them in school. Therefore a teacher plays a pivotal role in the life of students. Some people argue that students who are afraid of their teacher do better in school while others are of the idea that they must maintain a warm relationship with their teachers. I strongly support the view of later ones, that a student should be friendly with his teacher. My opinion is based on several reasons.
Becomes:
Since teachers play a very important role in nurturing young people, they should strive to have friendly relationships with their students instead of relationships based on fear. First, being friendly facilitates learning by encouraging students to be more active. Second, it improves attendance and, consequently, performance as well.
You see, being short and to the point is always better. It makes you look confident. When you spend too much space before getting to the point, it makes you look like you're not sure about your views, so you don't want to present them clearly and quickly.
Hope this helps,
