Your government is considering a new law that would limit the size of each class to 20 students. Supporters say this would allow teachers to offer more attention to each student and reduce the stress and alienation many students feel in bigger classes. Opponents suggest that smaller classes would be more expensive in the long run and lead to a reduction of resources for students. Which position would you support? Provide reasons and examples in your response.
Class sizes
Many parents nowadays are aware of educating their children in good schools. This had increased the number of students in schools. Therefore, the government have introduced a law to reduce the number of students by opening more classes to ensure that students are well educated. In my opinion, I believe, that this new law would help both teachers and students in the future for the following reasons.
First, if the classes are small this would allow the teachers to offer more attention to students. This is important because the teacher could now make sure that everyone is paying attention to the lesson and that no one is doing unacceptable things. For instance, students that are sitting at the back may start talking with each other or they may start creating problems by throwing small papers to other students. Moreover, the smaller the class the more we could ensure that the students understand the listen well enough, as the teacher could realize weather all the students have understood the lesson. Whereas in big classes the teacher may not have enough time to repeat the lesson to some students again and ask them questions to determine weather they have understood the lesson or not. Last but not the least, when students attend large classes this would bring up more stress than if they joined a small class, as normally students when they enter a new school they always have a fear weather they are capable of making new friends. This usually happens to small kids; for example, my younger brother became very depressed and affraid for the last couple of days when my parents decided on moving to a different state to live in.
In conclusion, in order to give birth to better generations it would be sophisticated if all schools started to reduce their class sizes for the above reasons.

This usually happens to small kidsCHILDREN; for example, my younger brother became very depressed and afraid for the last couple of days when my parents decided on moving to a different state to live in.
In conclusion, in order to give birth to better generations it would be /sophisticated/ BENEFICIAL/ if all schools started to reduce their class sizes for the above reasons. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::: Nice work Jacksoon. Why do you think it would be sophisticated if all schools started to reduce their class sizes? :-)

"Something better", would be something superior.
"Not something more complex," would be something simpler.
You need to check the meaning of some words that you are not absolutely certain of. Your using sophisticated ruined your conclusion. Please do check it out. _________________ Keep it simple ... Keep it interesting. |
