Hello Alan, Mister Micawber, Beeesneees, Mordant, Esl_Expert and other native English speakers,

-----------------------
A: Ten more push-ups to go.
B: Ugh... It's hard to get in shape.
-----------------------

Either "more" or "to go" is unnecessary, isn't it?

Hi Tofu,

By using 'more' and 'to go' you are emphasizing the strain involved and that fits in with the comment - Ugh... It's hard to get in shape.
