Finish the second sentence in such a way that it means exactly the same as the first.

1. My teacher finds fault with everything I do.
No matter what I do, my teacher finds faults with me.
2. Thanks to his aunt’s legacy of 10,000 he was able to buy the house he wanted.
Had his aunt not died and left him a legacy of 10,000, he wouldn’t have been able to buy the house he wanted.
3. They were unable to finish their tennis because of a heavy shower.
A heavy shower presented them from finishing their game of tennis.
4. I didn’t realize he was your father until I saw the photo.
It was only when I saw the photo that I realized he was your father.
5. I haven’t been to see my grandparents for over a year.
It’s ever a year since I last sawing grandparents.
6. The Prime Minister is the statesman I admire most of all.
There is no statesman I admire more than the Prime Minister.
7. ‘It certainly wasn’t me who stole your money!’ said Tom.
Tom denied that he had stolen my money.
8. It’s nobody’s fault that the meeting was canceled.
Nobody was responsible for the cancellation of the meeting.
9. The identity of the robber was given to the police.
The police were informed of identity the robber.
10. Mr. and Mrs. Brown moved to London twenty years ago.
It’s 20 years since Mr. and Mrs. Brown moved to London.
