Which one is the correct sentence :

1. The account has been inactive.
2. The account has been inactived.

Is there any other way, to express my sentence or Is there any other sentence same as like?

Neither.
The account has been inactivated. (semi-permanent)
The account has been cancelled. (permanent)
The account has been suspended. (temporary)
