My assessment of the Civil society Organisation in Mali

These last years, the deepen work made by the donors in accompanying Malian’s CSO has allowed them to a great mobilization. Their progressive structuration in the grouping form at local and sectoral levels, from bottom to top, has favourised the creation of a unique and independent frame of concertation called “the Forum des Organisations de la Société Civile”. In this favourable context, the CSOs, a group of Donors and the State have launched in 2008 a capacity building programmes of CSO with a pool funding system.
