You had better add what times you are available to talk. The problem with Skype is that willing people are usually in a different time zone than yourself. You haven't even said which country you are in!

I am from algeria.I like english very much and I can say that i have not big difficulties when reading or writing.but bad at speaking and listening so I'm looking for any thing to improve my speaking and listening abilities.i'll be grateful for you Mr Kitosdad if direct me.

Then why not use our voice recorder here to speak? You can listen to many recordings here from non-native speakers just like yourself. Give it a try. You may be pleasantly surprised.
