Hello, companies use voicemail (or voice mail) systems for their internal and external communications. Voicemail is a centralized system that can record, store, organize and manage telephone messages. It is much more sophisticated than an answering machine and uses a computer network rather than one single telephone device.
Also, mobile and cell phones usually are connected to voicemail systems.
