Is this the way we say it,
I feel I'm making a fool out of myself or I feel I'm making a fool of myself

Hi,
make a fool of yourself= to do something stupid that you feel embarrassed about afterwards and that makes you seem silly:
Sorry I made such a fool of myself last night. I must have been drunk.

Either is acceptable, but "out of" annoys many people. I happen to be one. It certainly feels more informal, and I'd guess it is likelier to occur in speech than in writing. I have read before that Americans use it more than the British.
