Exam anxiety can be defined as a common PHENOMENON that usually arises with the feelings of tension or uncasiness UNEASINESS before,during and after an exam. As far as the fact that in some cases it offers numerous benefits to students on concentrating continuoUsly on exams, a considerable importance should be given that. However, it should be also taken into consideration that in many cases an exCessive amount of such feelings is the reason for disruptive symtompts SYMPTOMS that bring about a negative impact on one's performance. The following part of my essay is concerned with the possible solutions of this total problem,namely making a study plan, avoiding people who speak negatively and meeting the professor to discuss the exam. To begin with problems with studying the class materials arbitrarily, it can be undoubtedly asserted that being always well-prepared to exams with a plan plays an important role in the matter of the adverse effects of exam anxiety. Lack of a detailed plan to make use OF the remaining time for exams sufficiently is the COMMON problem of not working enough WITH the whole class materials. Hence, students who realize this problem should try to make a study plan deliberately in the process of preparation to exams. When is comes to the environmental elements that have a negative effect on students' behaviour, the point to emphasize is that some people who speak unhopefully HOPELESSLY about an exam might give rise to intense symptoms of anxiety. In this regard, avoIding such kindS of people obviously preventS us from picking up negative thoughts concerning about the degree of difficulty of exams. Furthermore, one can make his or her psychological state relax, which generally resultS in staying focused on studying longer. As for the probability of how much of the class material could take place in the scope of exam questions, it is crucial that the studying materials should be discussed with the professor to give an insight into potential questions of an exam. For this reason, a significant AMOUNT OF information about the the relation between the context of the exam and the studying parts can be regarded as a guarantee that you have CORRECT pieces of the documents. Consequently, these solution can decrease considerably the probability of encountering with unrelatED questions. To sum up, exam anxiety generally stemS from the problems with lach DUE TO THE LACK of a sufficient study plan AND THE negative influenceS of certain people and studying in a wrong way on the class materials.
