Hello Mr. Torsten.
In your examples
red 's refer to the short form of the to be verb (is)
blue's refer to the possessive case of the noun

Hi Torsten...
How are you doing? By the way I'm Sireesha from India.
According to my opinion the 'S' in red colour refers to Possessive where as in blue colour is telling about the person.

Hi Torsten,

I think that red refers to possessive and the blue refer to verb to be "is".

Dear Torsten,
I think red and blue "s" are abbreviation or shorten form but:

blue => to be

I think that is the the blue ones mean that there is a relation between the subject and his describetion like ( she is a student ) so this describ that the subject is a student.
and the red ones mean that the ( 's ) descibe the a something which the subject have.
I hope you understand me this is a difficult way to give you my answer.
but finally I agree with Naufragis.
