Hello Mr. Torsten.
In your examples
red 's refer to the short form of the to be verb (is)
blue's refer to the possessive case of the noun

Hi Torsten...
How are you doing? By the way I'm Sireesha from India.
According to my opinion the 'S' in red colour refers to Possessive where as in blue colour is telling about the person.

Hi Torsten,

I think that red refers to possessive and the blue refer to verb to be "is".

Hi Mr. Torsten,
My answer is.
The 's' in red for possessive
The 's' in blue for "is' be verb short form.
Example possessive: My daughter's favorite toy is doll.
Example is be verb: He's my father.
