I think you translated this sentences fro your mother language words by words.
If I understood your sentence,I would say that " life requires" is better than " time demands, and " to face/ to challange hardships" in stead of " to meet the demand of time"
Ithink you sentece should be like this " The world has khown many changes in most fields,and life has become harder.TO overcome hardships we should ...etc
