Hello,

Can I say the following phrases?

1. We're long on time, you don't need to hurry.
2. We're short on time, you must hustle.

Thanks!

1. We have lots/loads of time, you don't need to hurry/rush.
We have lots/loads of time, there's no need to hurry/rush.

We're short of time, you must hustle/hurry.
We don't have much time, you need to move (faster).
There's no time to waste. Get a wiggle on! (as discussed in another thread).

Other permutations are also possible.
