Improving by chatting or speaking over internet? msn, skype...? #1 (permalink) Wed Jul 21, 2010 12:25 pm   Improving by chatting or speaking over internet? msn, skype...?

Hi,

its that a good idea, or not? I mean if we try to chat, or maybe speaking together with some tools over the internet, like MSN, actually we should improve our English skills, or not?

I see, that on this forum are many people around the world, so it should be a lot to tell about.
I would like to try that, and I hope some day, I can improve speaking over the phone, because I think to speak with other people face to face, is not the same as a phone call.

If someone like my idea, please send me a private massage...

thanks, and have a nice day

Hi Andy, chatting via MSN might be great if you can find someone to talk or chat with. In addition, you might start speaking English for 20 seconds a day: Speaking English for 20 seconds a day?

PS: Please note the difference between 'massage' and 'message'.

Many thanks,
Torsten

Hi Andy, yes we will add a chat feature later. In the meantime we can use the forum to communicate -- it actually has a number of advantages over chatting.
