Hello everyone!
i came across an idiom "it is dogged that dose it"
could anybody explain this for me?and is it gramatically wrong?

It is dogged that does it means perseverance wins or if at first you don't succeed, do try again.

Synonyms for dogged are persevering, pertinacious, persistent

Hope this helps.

PS - it is grammatically correct ;)
