It would have BEEN more fun if you had attended.
All three are wrong, but this one, with the added word, is now correct _________________ Keep it simple ... Keep it interesting. |

Hi Sows,
My amendments:
1 It would be more fun if you attended. 2 It would have been more fun if you had attended. 3 It would have been more fun if you had attended.

Would you like to take whatever food you wish home with you? Can I pack some food for you to take with you?
This is a clearer, simple version: Would you like to take some food home with you? (This is my preference.) _________________ Cheers m' dears! |

| ''My wife would be flying to Madrid tomorrow if she had a holiday''. I was reading this sentence in the English.net. ''If she had holiday my wife would be flying to Madrid last week.'' is this the correct sentence. "if she had holiday she would be in Madrid tomorrow/last week". is this the correct one too? |

1. It would be more fun if you have attended - there is no match between 'would be' and 'you have'
3. it would be more fun if you had attended - there is no match between 'would be' and 'had'. _________________ Cheers m' dears! |
