The auxiliary tense "to be"is used with the future simple verb tense "going to".

Another cop show reference. He cheated me...

LOL. That's one heck of a typo and I didn't even notice it. I obviously used the paste command where I had not intended to. That line definitely refers to something else. Sorry Tort. Hopefully you got the info ou needed from the second line though.
