Can someone please tell me if the above sentence sounds natural? I know that the usage credit...with is correct. But can we say debit...with?

I suppose it's acceptable, though personally I would use:
Your account has been debited to the amount of...

My bank manager also chooses to use my version... and he seems to tell me about debits far more than about credits! ;(
