- Do you know something? I have noticed something and I did not like at all.
- I had noticed something, but It was not very important.

Hi Cristina,

(1) is past simple as in: I noticed something last night.
(2) is present perfect as in: I have noticed something recently
(3) is past perfect as in: I had noticed something before I left home.
