The movie lasted 2 hours 20 minutes. No comma after hours?

Insert the word 'and' between 2 hours 20 minutes?

It was a 2-hour-20-minute movie. Good?

It was a 2-hour-and-20-minute movie.

a 9-pound-7-ounce baby girl (Correct?)

Thanks.
