GRE Help! My scores on practice tests seem to be staying the same... #1 (permalink) Mon Jan 09, 2006 2:14 am   GRE Help! My scores on practice tests seem to be staying the same...

Hello,

I have been studying for about 1 1/2 weeks-- diligently for the past 5 days (all dayyyyy). My scores on practice tests seem to be staying the same. I feel like I am not soaking it in-- and the test is in 3 days. What should I do?

Hello,

I would suggest that you try to relax, as I don't think that studying all day is the best solution. Although I would feel as nervous as you, anxiety is counter-productive. I hope my suggestion is not upsetting you more. Why don't you 'switch off' studying and do something else you really enjoy on and off -- and give your brain plenty of time to 'absorb' or process all your learning? I find that physical exercise helps, but any other activity you like should do the trick. :)
