I would suggest that you try to relax, as I don't think that studying all day is the best solution. Although I would feel as nervous as you, anxiety is counter-productive. I hope my suggestion is not upsetting you more. Why don't you 'switch off' studying and do something else you really enjoy on and off -- and give your brain plenty of time to 'absorb' or process all your learning? I find that physical exercise helps, but any other activity you like should do the trick. :) |
